There are a total of 9 rooms, ranging from 6 to 12 tatami mats in size.
The contract lasts from 2 weeks.
The fee includes the rent listed below plus ¥7,000 per month for utilities, common area fees, and wifi usage fees.
(¥4,200 for a two-week stay)
You can extend your stay in increments of one day.
If you split it into increments, the fee will be 100 yen more on a daily basis, based on a 30-day month.
(For example, if the room rate is 42,000 yen per month, the fee for a one-day extension is 4,2000 ÷ 30 days + 100 = 1,500 yen.)
If you renew for one month, the price will remain at 42,000 yen, so it's a good deal.
Please move in after 13:00 on the contract start date and move out by the morning of the contract termination date.
Basic furniture is provided, but bedding only includes mattresses.
For those who find it difficult to prepare by themselves, we offer a mattress pad, bed cover, etc. for 1,000 yen per month.
We rent duvets, duvet sheets, pillows and pillowcases.
Long term discounts available!
If you sign a six-month contract, you will receive a 5% discount on your rent and maintenance fees, and if you sign a one-year contract, you will receive a 10% discount.
SIKAI / CHIDORI / ISOKA
The three most simple 6-tatami rooms are located on the second floor.
The room has an open feel and you can see the ocean from the window.

KOUBAI
This bright first-floor room has a bay window covering one entire wall, overlooking the courtyard.
You can use it as a spacious one-room apartment, or you can divide it into two rooms to create a bedroom and a relaxing room.

MIYOSHI
The room is on the first floor near the entrance.
This 8-tatami room is the only one with a private veranda.
The ceiling is made of precious Yakusugi cedar, and you can relax in the luxurious space while looking out at the courtyard.

Light
Located on the second floor, this is an old 6-tatami room with a low ceiling.
